Obituary for ABBY G. LOUDEN

Abby Gail Louden was born on March 19, 2009 and gained her angel wings on August 2, 2015. “Dear Jesus, please make Abby better and all the sick kids in the world. Amen.” – Abby’s Prayer by Sydney Louden “We’re having twins!” That was the beginning of many conversations to come regarding Abby and her twin sister Sydney. Following Abby’s Holoprosencephaly diagnosis, Carly and Jay knew Abby was going to be different from most children. But no one could expect the amount of love one beautiful imperfect Abby could create in the world. Together Abby and Sydney gave a whole new meaning to “twinning”. To Jay and Carly their twin daughters were exactly as they should be; and Sydney and Abby never missed a beat with each other. Abby may not have been able to walk but she had a way to take her own adventures with hospital “cruises” which left Jay and Carly with no choice but to settle in for the voyage. When the hospital cruises became boring, Abby was ready to be home playing Disney Princess Twincess dress-up with Sydney. Or going to Sea World with family and friends to see the Pets Ahoy show where this diva always had front row seats. Abby liked to have her chill time watching Dora the Explorer on the iPad – that battery better have been charged! And you talk about a party animal, Abby was the night life queen who was ready to party when everyone else was ready to turn out the lights and go to bed. Abby Louden was full of HoPE. All a person needed to do was look in her eyes and instantly be amazed and inspired. For the six years Abby was with this world, she impacted everyone she met and she will continue to do the same after gaining her angel wings. Abby is loved by her mother Carly Louden, father Jay Louden and twin sister Sydney; her Gammy Janet (Coach - Dennis) Clifton; G-Pa Steven (G-Ma - Sandy) Haynes; Papaw Dwight (Mamaw – Mary) Louden; Nana Joanna (Grandpa Ray)Harcourt; and all of her great grandparents, aunts and uncles, her cousins and many other family and friends. Abby will always remain her parents’ precious baby and Sydney’s beloved twin sister. And they will hold her in Heaven again one day. If anyone would like to make donations in Abby’s honor, please donate to the following organizations which meant so much to her and her family: familesforhope.org & theparkerleeproject.org Visitation & Funeral Services will be held Thursday August 6, 2015 from 4-8 at Stith Funeral Home, 7500 Highway 42, Florence, KY 41042.
