Obituary for Gerald Partick Bausch
Gerald Patrick Bausch, 81 years of age, of Florence, passed away peacefully, on Wednesday, September 8, 2021. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Nancy L. Bausch; his brother and sister-in-law, James and Pat Bausch; his sister and brother-in-law, Mary Ann and Jack Enright; and his brothers, Douglas Bausch and Richard Bausch. Left to mourn his passing are his daughter, Amy Smith (Matthew), step-son, Timothy Black (Carla); several grandchildren and sisters-in-law, Peggy and Norma Bausch.; his brother James’ companion Norma Sweeney. Jerry served his country in the United States Army and was a member of the American Legion. He later retired from the United States Postal Service. He will be remembered for this love of family, golf, and softball. Visitation will be private. Family and friends are welcome to attend a graveside service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park on Monday, September 13, 2021 at 11:30 a.m., followed by a Celebration of Life at the Southgate Community Center from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Stith Funeral Home, Florence is assisting the family.
