Obituary for Lisa Kaye Aylor-Osinski
Lisa Kaye Aylor-Osinski, age 57 passed away October 28, 2021 after a 42 day struggle with Covid based pneumonia guided to everlasting life through Hospice in Port Charlotte, Florida, an organization she loved during her career as a Nurse. She was a highly regarded Nurse for over 20 years and a member of the Catholic Church. All of us will forever value the joy and love that Lisa showered on us all. Her devotion to her faith was inspirational. She opened her heart wide to anyone that came into her life. Lisa is preceded in death by her twin Sister Laura Aylor who passed at birth. Lisa is survived by her Husband of 15 Years Paul Edwin Osinski, Son James Bradley Kennedy (Cristina), Son Alexander Jordan Kennedy, Son Christopher Paul Osinski (Aimee), Daughter Lindsay Ann Cortis (Christopher), Mother Patricia Jean Aylor, Father Clyde Lee Aylor, Sister Sharon LaVerne Buckley, Brother Brian Stanley Aylor (Yuhui), Grandchildren Brandon, Carlina, Gabe, Lydia, & Micah, and many Aunts, Uncles, and Friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 AM, Friday, November 5, 2021 at the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption, 1140 Madison Ave., Covington, KY 41011. Visitation will be from 4 – 7 PM, Thursday, November 4 at Stith Funeral Home, 7500 US 42, Florence, KY 41042.
