Doug has been a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in Kentucky since 1980. He is a graduate of Boone County High School and the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. After dedicating 40 years to the funeral service industry, Doug has retired. In addition to his funeral service career, he served for 34 years in public service as a Deputy and Boone County Coroner. Doug is married to Kim, and they have six children and four grandchildren. They split their time between Kentucky and Florida.

In his free time Jeff enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting his daughters at college in Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA, watching his grandson play ever sport imaginable and boating at Lake Cumberland.

Josh Marcum is a proud graduate of Walton Verona High School, having completed his studies in 2006. He currently lives on his family’s farm in Boone County with his wife, Kelly, and their daughters, Avery and Adley. With a decade of experience in the funeral industry, Josh is a dedicated professional who graduated from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in 2010. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, fishing, and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.

Robert Cook, a friendly and dedicated professional with more than 27 years of experience as a licensed funeral director and embalmer across Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. Since he joined Stith Funeral Homes in 2012, Robert has made a real difference in the community, including a rewarding seven-year role as a Deputy Coroner in Boone County. A proud graduate of Larry A. Ryle High School in Union, KY, class of 1995, Robert further pursued his passion by earning an associate degree from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, graduating in 1997. He lives in Williamstown, Kentucky, with his wonderful wife, Ashlee, and their son, August. When he’s not helping families during difficult times, you can find Robert enjoying time at the gun range or diving into his love for trains.

Paul Barton is an experienced and compassionate licensed funeral director who has been making a difference in the lives of families since 2015. He joined Stith Funeral Homes in 2017, where he has become an integral part of the team, providing exceptional service and support to those in need. Paul lives in Kenton County with his wife, Katie, a talented musician, and their energetic daughter, Elizabeth, who keeps them on their toes. He actively participates in the Kentucky Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association, staying informed about industry standards and best practices to ensure the highest level of care for his clients. In addition to his professional commitments, Paul has a passion for traveling, where he explores new cultures and experiences.

Rick Young, a graduate of Ludlow High School in 2001, currently resides in Dry Ridge, Kentucky, with his wife, Rebecca, and their three children: Lauren, Kaylyn, and Natalie. He has been employed as a funeral assistant at Stith Funeral Homes since 2017. In addition to this role, Rick has served with the Walton Fire Protection District for 20 years, currently holding the position of Shift Commander, and he is also a Boone County Deputy Coroner. In his leisure time, Rick values spending quality time with his family and enjoys various outdoor activities, including traveling, hunting, and fishing. Furthermore, he and his family have been active members of Generations Church since 2009.
